Customers outside India are advised to review their country’s import regulations before placing an order, as additional duties or taxes may apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • All orders are processed within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take additional time. Customers will be notified via email in case of significant delays.

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7-10 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, courier delays, or strikes.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or other customer-related issues, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
